Time to Talk About Race. An Introduction to Antiracism
This 2-hour, Time to Talk about Race online CPD accredited course, provides a foundational education on racism to help increase racial literacy to build competence and confidence to speak about and deal with issues of race and racism.
Understanding Microaggressions. A Thorough Exploration
Upon completion of this 2.5 hour Understanding Microaggressions – the subtle racism course, learners gain a thorough education on microaggressions including, the different types, impact, coping methods, how to manage difficult conversations, ways to challenge microaggressions, how offence is caused unintentionally and intentionally, and anti-blackness.
This course is designed to help organisations on their antiracism, diversity, inclusion and equity journey by training employees to become antiracism trainers. It is a three-day course that covers the following:
