At Strawberry Words, we believe that creating inclusive, compassionate workplaces begins with cultural humility. Cultural Humility at Work is a practical, CPD-accredited online course designed to help employees, managers and leaders develop the awareness, knowledge and skills needed to build psychologically safe workplaces where everyone feels respected, valued and heard.

Through engaging video lessons, real workplace scenarios, reflective exercises and practical resources, participants will explore the principles of cultural humility, understand the impact of discrimination and microaggressions, and learn how to apply the A.C.T.I.V.E. Framework in everyday workplace interactions. Rather than encouraging performative actions, this course supports meaningful, long-term behavioural and organisational change rooted in empathy, curiosity and accountability.
