There are no prerequisites. We ask that learners come with an open mind and an openness to sit through the parts they might find uncomfortable. 

All the assessments are multiple choice and are based on information obtained during the lessons. Learners need a pass grade of 70% or more to move onto the next module.

 Yes, if they do not get 70% or more. However, they can keep taking the assessments until they pass. There is no limit to the number of times they can do this.

This is a possibility yes. But as this is just an introduction to race and antiracism, we find that most people can move through the mild discomfort they face. 

The natural next step is to study our Understanding Microaggressions – the subtle racism course. This goes into much more depth about microaggressions and covers how to deal with difficult conversations (this is the most popular part of our training).
