Many people are scared to talk about race. They don’t know the right words to say, get scared they’re going to be called racist and/or they fear saying the wrong thing.

Essentially they are terrified they are going to be labelled a bad person. This course helps hugely by offering appropriate terminology, new language and concepts that they may not be familiar with but can really help when they find themselves in a dispute or a difficult conversation about race or racism.

Rather than getting stuck and trying to sweep issues under the carpet and losing respect from ethnic minorities and others, the course helps to build your confidence and competence to have such conversations
